What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Let’s be transparent — this is not a corporate office role where you sit behind a computer all day.

This is an interactive, people-focused position that combines communication, sales, marketing, leadership development, and business growth strategy.

On a day-to-day basis, team members may:

  • Represent nationally recognized brands in retail environments and live customer settings

  • Educate customers on products, services, and promotions

  • Build relationships and create positive customer experiences

  • Develop communication, leadership, and business development skills

  • Participate in hands-on mentorship and daily coaching

  • Learn the fundamentals of customer acquisition and brand expansion
